Rangers vs. Kings - First Period Thoughts

Even before this game started, it had the perfect story line for a let down game. Rangers, coming off three very impressive road wins, play one of the worst teams in the league at home. And all of that game true in the first period. That was quite the let down. Lundqvist was bombarded with shots throughout the whole period. This is a no name Kings team that just got 16 shots in one period on us. Luckily its only one period and Drury continues his hot streak. That Drury goal towards the end really boosts the morale and overall feeling of this game. Regardless, the current play is not going to win this game. Did I mention they are playing one of the worst teams in the league. This is a game we must win. If we can come back vs the Habs we can do it now right?
