Horrible Night

It started off as a great day with King Henrik getting his long awaited contract extension but the night turned very ugly. Every team that is near us one. The Devils and Habs for OT wins, the Sabres blanked the Leafs and the Bruins beat the Pens. The only thing that went right is that the Caps lost. Other than that it was a horrible night.

As for the standings, the Rangers have dropped to 9th. They should stay there because every team below them has the same amount of games. It is really just keeping an eye on how far the Rangers fall away from the top 8. The Bruins and Sabres don't play again till Saturday so they will both still have 2 games in hand and we will stay in 9th. With the Rangers only 1 point behind the Sabres, the game on Saturday is pretty big. The Devils and Flyers both play before Saturday and then on Saturday so they could gain 2 points on us before we come back. Lets hope they lose.
